Abstract

Los pacientes con trastorno depresivo mayor y ansiedad asociada responden peor al tratamiento antidepresivo habitual con ISRS y IRSN. Vortioxetina se postula como una buena alternativa, ya que ha demostrado superioridad frente al placebo en estos enfermos.
