Abstract

La disfunción cognitiva a menudo está presente en el trastorno depresivo mayor (TDM). Varios ensayos clínicos han observado un efecto pro-cognitivo de los antidepresivos en el TDM. El objetivo de la revisión sistemática y metanálisis presente fue evaluar la eficacia conjunta de los antidepresivos sobre distintos dominios de la cognición en el TDM.
