Abstract
Una de las principales consecuencias del envejecimiento de la población es la creciente prevalencia de la demencia. Estudios recientes sugieren que la edad de inicio de la multimorbilidad es un importante factor de riesgo de demencia. Se examina su asociación con el tiempo de evolución y la severidad de las enfermedades crónicas
