Efecto del ejercicio estructurado moderado sobre el deterioro de la función renal en adultos mayores sedentarios

Abstract

Una de las consecuencias del envejecimiento de la población es el deterioro de la función renal, asociado a su vez con múltiples comorbilidades. Su prevención hasta ahora se ha basado en el tratamiento farmacológico de factores predisponentes. Se examina el efecto del ejercicio moderado sobre el deterioro de la función renal.
