Abstract

Ésta es una revisión que se centra en el apetito, alimentación y la respuesta gastrointestinal al consumo de proteínas en ancianos, así como sus indicaciones y posibles complicaciones.

 

This is a review that focuses on appetite, eating, and the gastrointestinal response to protein consumption in the elderly, as well as its indications and possible complications.
