10. "¿Infraestimamos el riesgo de la fibrilación auricular postoperatoria?"
Abstract
La fibrilación auricular (FA) postoperatoria se asocia a una tasa de AIT/ictus isquémico y muerte similar a la FA espontánea. El empleo de anticoagulantes orales fue menor en el grupo de FA postoperatoria.
Postoperative AF after noncardiac surgery is associated with similar risk for TIA/stroke and death compared with nonoperative AF. Oral anticoagulants were underused in patients with periprocedural AF.
