Abstract

Es conocido que la realización de ejercicio regular aporta beneficios para la salud. Varios estudios señalan que realizar ejercicio únicamente 1-2 días a la semana es similarmente ventajoso. En este estudio se pretende cuantificar la reducción de la mortalidad en función del número de días a la semana que se caminan 8000 pasos o más. 

 

Regular exercise is known to have health benefits. Several studies indicate that exercising only 1-2 days a week is similarly advantageous. The aim of this study is to quantify the reduction in mortality based on the number of days a week that 8,000 steps or more are walked.
