Abstract

Screening colonoscopy are associated with a high demand of capacities and costs. The 10-year intervals for screening colonoscopy has shown a low rate of advanced lesions; However, the evidence on expanding these intervals is limited. This study evaluates the prevalence of advanced neoplasia 10 or more years after a negative screening colonoscopy.
