Abstract

Las fracturas vertebrales osteoporóticas por compresión (FOC) son las fracturas osteoporóticas más comunes en la población añosa. Se examina la relación de la cementación vs manejo conservador y el tratamiento anti-osteoporótico previo con el riesgo de FOC secundarias.

Vertebral osteoporotic compression fractures (OCF) are the most common osteoporotic fractures among the aging population1. The association of cement augmentation vs nonoperative management and previous anti-osteoporotic treatment with secondary OCF risk is examined.
