Abstract

Se realiza el comentario sobre un estudio retrospectivo unicéntrico que analiza las diferencias más relevantes entre la reconstrucción mamaria inmediata y la reconstrucción mamaria diferida en pacientes que reciben radioterapia postmastectomía. Se realiza un análisis sobre la metodología empleada, los resultados del estudio y sus posibles sesgos. 

 

A comment is made on a single-center retrospective study that analyzes the most relevant differences between immediate breast reconstruction and delayed breast reconstruction in patients receiving postmastectomy radiotherapy. An analysis is conducted on the methodology used, the study's results, and its potential biases.
