Abstract

La respuesta inadecuada al tratamiento y el embotamiento emocional son desafíos comunes con los inhibidores selectivos de la recaptación de serotonina/inhibidores de la recaptación de serotonina-noradrenalina (ISRS/IRSN) para el trastorno depresivo mayor (TDM). Investigadores del departamento de psiquiatría y del departamento de desarrollo molecular de medicina de la universidad de Siena, Italia, estudiaron la efectividad de la vortioxetina en el embotamiento emocional en pacientes con respuesta parcial al tratamiento con ISRS/IRSN mediante un estudio abierto y de brazo único. El presente estudio fue publicado en la revista Journal of affective disorders el pasado año 2021.
