Sutura Barbada en Cirugía Gastrointestinal
Abstract
El abordaje laparoscópico es de elección para la mayor parte de procedimientos a día de hoy. La sutura barbada (BS) ha facilitado las suturas y anastomosis intracorpóreas, demostrando similares tasas de complicaciones que la sutura convencional (CS) con menor tiempo intraoperatorio.
