Abstract

Los estudios sobre los fármacos tanto para la prevención como para el tratamiento de la infección por SARS-CoV-2 han crecido exponencialmente. Los anticuerpos monoclonales son una diana de estudio actual. Nirmatrelvir es un antiviral con potente actividad in vitro contra el síndrome respiratorio agudo severo secundario a infección por dicho virus.
