13. Sobrecarga de líquidos y lesión renal aguda en niños con síndrome de lisis tumoral
Abstract
Se realiza el comentario sobre un estudio retrospectivo unicéntrico que analiza la incidencia de sobrecarga de volumen y daño renal agudo en pacientes con síndrome de lisis tumoral secundaria a neoplasias hematológicas en la infancia. Se realiza análisis de su metodología, posibles sesgos y resultados.
We evaluate a single retrospective study that analyze the incidence of fluid overload and acute kidney injury in patients with tumor lysis síndrome secondary to hematologic malignancies. . Analysis is carried out on the methodoly used, the results of the study and its possible biases.
